Don't judge lest ye be judged....or....the righteous are appointed to judge.....which Biblical premise is true?

"Everyone judges.  Saying we should not judge is a judgment."  -Jon Yoder.

Listen to our highest rated show in months.

"Do not be deceived.  God is not mocked.  For whatever a man soweth, so shall he reap."

Exodus 23:6-7
"You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute. "Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent or the righteous, for I will not acquit the guilty.
Deuteronomy 16:18-20
"You shall appoint for yourself judges and officers in all your towns which the LORD your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. "You shall not distort justice; you shall not be partial, and you shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous. "Justice, and only justice, you shall pursue, that you may live and possess the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
-Deuteronomy 1:16-17
"Then I charged your judges at that time, saying, 'Hear the cases between your fellow countrymen, and judge righteously between a man and his fellow countryman, or the alien who is with him. 'You shall not show partiality in judgment; you shall hear the small and the great alike You shall not fear man, for the judgment is God's The case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.'
Proverbs 24:23
These also are sayings of the wise To show partiality in judgment is not good.
Ezekiel 18:5-8
"But if a man is righteous and practices justice and righteousness, and does not eat at the mountain shrines or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, or defile his neighbor's wife or approach a woman during her menstrual period-- if a man does not oppress anyone, but restores to the debtor his pledge, does not commit robbery, but gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with clothing
Response to my email inquiry to a friend on Facebook who knows the same unbeliever or deceived believer as me:
ROTFL... so Christian, very exhibited as we are too be Christ like to people around us, yet reading his page it's filled with vulgarities everywhere, know he doesn't know rather God is a "he or she", again the gay world re-writing their own version of a bible. Romans certainly does mention homosexuality in graphic detail, as does many parts of the Bible. Gays just chose to pick and chose what they want to believe. Yes I believe that the Old Testament basically no longer applies to us, as Jesus fulfilled the Law of Judaism, and now it's based on mercy, grace and salvation, which also includes being repentant. Not admitting sin and continuing to live a sinful lifestyle of what you have confessed (which he is sure of his lifestyle is born into him by God, and not just his choosing).
That is awesome, see you were separated for the betterment of your own well being, even though it's hard to say goodbye to relationships, even when we know they are stagnant and absorbing, now God has placed you in a better position with people of like-mindedness.
